Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Unlimited plans valid for one year from purchase.
Data Loss
We're not liable for lost credits if you uninstall the app and cannot retrieve them. Back up your receipts.
Accuracy
Location identification is AI-based and may not always be accurate. Results are not guaranteed.
Acceptable Use

- You must not use the app for illegal activities, to infringe on others' rights, or to upload inappropriate content.

- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photos you upload.

Subscription and Purchase Terms
- Credits purchased for location identification are non-refundable except as required by law.
- Unlimited plans are valid for one year from purchase unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are processed securely through the App Store or other payment providers.
- Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Price changes will be communicated in advance and require your consent.
App Uninstallation and Data Loss
Important Notice
If you uninstall the app and cannot retrieve your purchased credits, Where is Pic is not liable for any lost credits or data. We recommend backing up your purchase receipts and account information before uninstalling. While we attempt to restore purchases when possible, we cannot guarantee recovery of credits after app uninstallation or device changes.
- Always use the "Restore Purchases" feature after reinstalling the app.
- Keep your purchase receipts and account information safe.
- Contact support immediately if you experience issues with purchase restoration.
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device changes or app uninstallation.
Accuracy Limitations
- Location identification is based on AI analysis and may not always be accurate.
- Accuracy ratings are provided to indicate confidence levels, but results are not guaranteed.
- Where is Pic is not liable for decisions made based on identification results.
- Results may vary based on image quality, lighting conditions, and location distinctiveness.
- We continuously improve our algorithms, but accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
User Feedback
- We encourage feedback on identification accuracy to improve our services.
- Feedback may be used anonymously to train our AI models and enhance user experience.
- By providing feedback, you grant us permission to use it for service improvement.

Intellectual Property
